Adoption Donation: $200

Bethany is a very loving little girl, getting along nicely with her foster brothers and sisters.  She loves to hang out with her foster mom, following her around to see if she can help out!  She is 4 years old, weighs about 10 pounds and has long legs and body, so she looks very trim!
Bethany has learned how to use the doggie door and is working on her house training and is doing very well!
She came to SCMR from a shelter but is now ready for her forever home.  If interested in adopting Bethany, please fill out the online application. Until then she will be waiting in Chattanooga, TN.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bethany (TN), a Brunswick Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Brunswick, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Brunswick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brunswick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brunswick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brunswick paves the way for another one to be saved.
