JOY  TO  THE  WORLD!!!

Sweet Joy is a small bundle of cuteness. She weighs under 6 pounds and is a real beauty. Joy just recently turned 11 years old and lost quite a few teeth in her dental but is eating well. Joy is heartworm negative; she  currently is requiring eye drops several times a day & ear drops to deal with dry eye & an ear infection. She appears to be house trained to pee pads. Sweet Joy is a really elegant dog, and as she continues to see better, we'll see her personality bloom even more. We will continue to assess her progress.

To experience pure happiness is to have cared for a senior.  Until she becomes someone's little 'bundle of Joy', this baby is being fostered in Chattanooga, TN.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Joy*A, a Brunswick Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Brunswick, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Brunswick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brunswick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brunswick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brunswick paves the way for another one to be saved.
