Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Valentine is a sweet 1 year old male Hound mix. He is about 40-45 lbs. and up to date on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped. Poor Valentine was not taken care of by his owners and now he is Heartworm positive. But don't fear!! He will soon begin treatment and will be ready to go to his forever home in no time! Valentine is a relatively calm boy considering his age. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter and is pictured with his buddy Cupid. Valentine is the lighter color dog on the left.

Valentine seems to love everyone he meets! He loves attention and playing with squeaky toys. He currently lives with two other dogs and loves them! He's just a happy-go-lucky kind of guy who just wants love and attention by being part of a family. He also does well in the crate and enjoys car rides.

We would love to have an adopter lined up so that Valentine can go home once he has completed his treatment.
