Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cowboy is a tan Chihuahua mix who weighs 11 lbs. He is 1 1/2 years old. He was surrendered with his bff, Milo. These kids were not surrendered for anything they did. Their family was having a baby. Cowboy is described by his foster mom as adorable, playful, loving and super social. He loves his walks and his toys.He is low maintenance and has tons of energy and would be a great fit as a hiking buddy. He's a real heart stealer and turns heads on his walks. He is good on the leash, just about housetrained and good in his crate. Unfortunately, Cowboy loves to playfully chase cats. He thinks this is great fun but the cats don't. For this reason, we do not recommend him for a home with cats.He was a little aggressive with strangers at first but got over that quickly. He is eager to please and he minds well. He's loyal and protective of you but warms up to everyone and your friends and family will be won over by his warmth and playfulness. Cowboy has a good appetite and gets very silly, excitable and wants to play after a good meal. Well house trained, intelligent and will let you know when he needs to go out. Likes a lay in, tummy rubs and lots of toys. Within clear boundaries Cowboy loves going to doggy daycare and playing with other dogs. He would do really well in a home with another active dog. He is almost the perfect little doggie and is super ready for his forever home.
