THIS IS A COURTESY POST. Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue and its volunteers have not evaluated this animal in any way and can not be held liable for the current condition or future care of the animal. Simon was part of a litter of motherless kittens. He is quite beautiful and black, weighing 14 pounds. He has all his claws, but he is neutered. He has lived with a dog all his life. He is afraid of new dogs. He would not be good with small children because he never learned not to scratch and bite. He is good when you pick him up and carry him around for a short time, but I doubt that he will ever be a lap cat. However, I do bathe him every 6 weeks without much problem. He is 8 and a half years old and healthy as of 2/2016. He has been an indoor/outdoor cat. He knows how to use the litter box.
