Savannah is an approximately 10 year old Tennessee Walking Horse.  Savannah does lead, load, stand tied,  and is in all aspects a wonderful horse with a great disposition. She is currently working on her respect and manners with the farrier, but is able to be trimmed without sedation, she is just fussy about her hoof handling.  She longes nicely at w/t/c, but has not yet been ridden.

Savannah is adoptable with a $300 adoption fee.

Safe Harbor Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 non profit rescue based in Middle Tennessee. Please visit our website for our adoption application, and to read more about us (including our adoption area) on our About Adopting FAQ. www.safeharborsanctuary.org.

About Safe Harbor Equine and Livestock Sanctuary

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a dedicated team or horsemen (and horsewomen) who are seeking to fill the void for those horses that have no alternatives. Our Mission is as follows:

1) To be first responders and a resource to horses and livestock in cases of abuse and neglect. To provide those animals a safe harbor sanctuary where they will be treated with diginity and love as they prepare for new lifelong home.

2) To serve at risk and medically fragile children, as well as recovering veterans through structured equine experience opportunities.

3) To become a resource to low income families, unable to continue to care for their equine and livestock animals; providing food assistance when possible, or offering rescue rehoming services when possible.
