Brandie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Brandie's Story...
Brandie is about a 7 month old pup who was turned into our rescue. Evidently she has had more than one family in her short life. She was relinquished to our rescue on February 25, 2016. One of the existing dogs in the home picked on her. They also complained that she pottied in the house.

Since coming into our rescue she has not had any accidents in her foster home. Her previous house-training problems may have been due to stress caused by the dog who was bullying her.

She currently lives in a foster home with several other dogs. She fits in well. She loves to play with and chase the other dogs.

Brandie is smart and is an eager learner. She would thrive in a home who is willing to take her to basic training. This would also help her bond to her new family.

She would do well with an active family -- who would include her on walks, hikes, jogs, etc.

She would love to have a playful doggy sibling too!

Brandie has also lived with cats in the past.

Consider making this sweet girl a member of your family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brandie, a Las Cruces Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Las Cruces, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Las Cruces.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Cruces already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Cruces breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Cruces paves the way for another one to be saved.
