Wally's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Wally's Story...
Wally and his brothers - all 5 littermates are boy! - came to us as a surrender from a family. They are so sweet and cuddly and have your typical beagle personality. They love to play and romp around but will gladly snuggle up to you also. These boys will be great family dogs and are fine with children and other dogs as well as cats. If you'd like to add one of them to your family, please visit our website at www.goofyfootrescue.org and fill out an online application. They are being fostered in West TN and will be transported once their adoption is finalized.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wally, a Southington Beagle/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Labrador Retriever for sale in Southington, or seeking a Beagle/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Southington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Southington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Southington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Beagle/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Southington paves the way for another one to be saved.
