OSCAR is a 2 year old Fox Terrier who was found in the Circle K parking lot in Scio. He is not neutered. OSCAR is an adorable little fellow who loves to sit in your lap, snuggle in your arms, and lets you carry him around like a baby for as long as you want. OSCAR likes the other dogs at the pound. We believe he is housebroken. He loves to be wherever you are and will make someone a great best friend.
