Thadington's Story...
Hi guys! My name is Thadington. I am a 3-4 month old Dachshund/Chihuahua mix. My rescue saved me from Animal Control along with my brother, who has since been adopted. I am missing him so much and ready for a family of my very own. I am such a sweet, snuggle buddy, and I love other dogs, people, and even kitties. I am up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, current on heartworm and flea prevention, and neutered. I sleep so well at night with my foster mom, I get under the covers, snuggle up, and don't move all night. I am working really hard on my potty training, and doing quite well. Please put in an inquiry on me today, I am such a cutie I will be adopted quickly!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Thadington, a Arlington Dachshund/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Chihuahua for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Dachshund/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Chihuahua breeders who help with Dachshund/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
