She was left behind in an apartment when her people moved. Confetti is very much a Tortie in that she does what she wants when she wants and when interfered with can be very vocal about it. She can also be very loving and will purr and ask for your attention, also very vocally and with little taps on your shoulder.
Confetti needs a very cat savvy person who will be able to read her signs and have the patience and understanding to allow her to do her own thing.
