Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Squirrel - She's one of the "Squirrel Babies" that we pulled out of a city shelter recently. They were abandoned there without their mom at just 3 weeks old. But these puppies are little soldiers! They have been doing FABULOUS with their foster family. Best guess is she was born around Jan 14th and is a chi/terrier mix.
Squirrel is a little angel, incredibly sweet and easy going. You might be able to see that from her photo. She's about 6 1/2 weeks now and only 1 pound. She's the runt of the litter. Squirrel came to us dragging her back legs and we were scared that she was going to need wheels to help her get around but within days she began to stand on all four and now she is running around with the other puppies with no issue! Our vet says that she was born with a deformity but it's nothing that will get in the way of her living a happy, long life.
Our best guess is that they are Chihuahua/Jack Russell based on their looks but they are so tiny. We will be surprised if they are over 5 pounds when fully grown.
They are available for introductions but cannot go to their forever homes until they are fixed at 8 weeks old.
The adoption fee for puppies is 400. This includes the spay/neuter, current puppy vaccines, microchip and dewormer. Adopter handles remaining puppy vaccines.
