Facts about Goldie

  • Breed: Chihuahua
  • Color: Tan/Yellow/Fawn - With White
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Female
Goldie is an incredibly sweet girl who we rescued from the Gunnison Pound as a stray, and sadly she never found her previous owners. After meeting her we decided we could not leave her behind, so she is now a member of the Menagerie family until she finds her new forever family. Unfortunately, we do not know how old she really is, but our best guess is somewhere around 5 years old.

Goldie is an incredibly cute golden Chihuahua who, at first is shy, but once being around you she comes out of her shell. She has a protective personality and would more than likely do best in a quiet home because she gets overwhelmed easily. She does well with young children with supervision and does fine with smaller dogs. Bigger dogs tend to scare her.

This sweet girl is looking for her new forever family and she is hoping that might be you. She is spayed, current on all vaccinations, crate trained, and house trained with supervision. If you are interested in adopting Goldie, please complete our adoption application and we will contact you within 24-72 hours. If you have any questions about Goldie, please feel free to contact us.

About Fullmer Menagerie Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are an animal welfare organization that rescues animals in dire need of assistance from shelters, abandonment, poor living situations, etc.

Fullmer Menagerie Animal Rescue is a not for profit, 501c3, all volunteer, no-kill organization dedicated to saving the lives of abandoned, abused or neglected animals by providing them with shelter, care, and rehabilitation both medically and emotionally. Further, we continuously strive to promote the importance of spaying and neutering. We offer training to help with problem animals as opposed to giving them up for adoption or surrender to a shelter.
