My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This rescue puppy is in a foster home in San Antonio Texas and will be ready in the next 10 to 14 days to fly to an approved adopter in the US and Canada. The fee is $550 and that covers the flight, the crate, the health certificate, the spay, microchip, explanations and the $200 tax-deductible adoption fee.

Howdy friends, my name is Shannon and I am a baby Texas Heeler puppy. That means I'm part Australian cattle dog and part border collie. We are very loyal, trainable, devoted and intelligent companions. I will be between 25 and 35 pounds when I'm grown likely and I'm currently just about seven weeks old so I can go to my forever home in the next 10 to 14 days. I will want training and exercise and lots of love and attention and I promise I'll be the best friend and protector you ever had. I will enjoy learning agility and playing Frisbee once I am closer to one years old and my muscles and bones have developed enough to jump and do fancy moves. Yeeehaw!

This dog is in a foster home in San Antonio, Texas* and is ready to fly to its final destination once adopted. The adoption fee** covers air transport, health certificate and tax deductible adoption fee. This pet will be spayed/neutered and have age appropriate vaccinations and micro-chip

*CARE is located in San Antonio, TX where we have a serious pet overpopulation situation and hundreds of adoptable pets lose their lives in the shelter and on the streets every week. We have been trying to save as many as we can for the past 6 years and with your adoption, we can help save even more.
**This is the base fee for transportation for pets 40lbs or less. Bigger pets may cost more based on weight of the dog and crate and transport location. Flying to Canada requires a separate customs fee.
