My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Thelma, a precious three year old,45 lb. St. Poodle who was rescued from living outside. My breed are house dogs, loving their people and warmth and coolness of the house. I am house trained, but still have an occasional accident if I am not let outside often.
I am also crate trained, I settle down very fast when I go in my crate, where there is always a treat waiting for me for being a good girl.
I love to eat, very playful, I love my mom best but am ok with my foster dad. I love treats so much I grab at the hand holding the treat and I am trying very hard to learn not to do this.
I need to be in a home where the family believes in feeding me good food, the best grain free kibble they can find, good grain free canned food on top, and if I am fed good, it gives me a chance at a longer life. I love chewing on bones and it helps to keep tartar and plaque off my teeth.
I play and play and then I nap. I love being in the house on a rug, a blanket or a doggy bed. I am special and I need a special home who understands the needs of St. Poodles. I am active so I need a young couple, no children under 12, because I jump on my foster mom. I am trying hard to learn not to do this. I would do great in an obedience class, I am super smart.
My foster mom had to buy me from the person who had me living outside, but I am so worth it.
Potential families who would like to meet/adopt me will be sent an application by e-mail to fill out and return. The successful family must come to meet me and if there is a love connection, I will go home with them.

My adoption fee is $450.00. Serious inquirys only please.
