Sorry that the pictures aren't the best, but black puppies are super hard to photograph! She is a complete wiggle worm! A good Samaritan rescued this girl off Facebook. Unfortunately, their dog was not a fan of having a puppy in the house, so her rescuer contacted us to help find her a good home. She is a very sweet pup, but will need lots of socialization and training to help her learn puppy manners.

Due to her breed, you must be 21 and own your own home to adopt Mildred.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mildred, a Garden City American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Garden City, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Garden City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Garden City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Garden City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Garden City paves the way for another one to be saved.
