Rochelle's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Sacramento- Rochelle is less than a year old and this poor girl was dumped when she was pregnant. She really has had no desire to be a mom. She wants to be with humans, playing and snuggling and getting love. But this is her one and only litter she will ever have to raise! She has done her job and she is ready for a home of her own! She will be available for adoption the first weekend in February and we are pre-approving homes for this sweet mom and her babies.

She will be spayed, microchipped, utd on vaccines and dewormed. You can find our adoption process and apply online at: http:// recycledpetsnorcal.org/ adoption-process/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rochelle, a Sacramento Chihuahua/Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Pomeranian for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Chihuahua/Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Pomeranian breeders who help with Chihuahua/Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
