Willy's Story...
Willy!
Mature Adult Male Domestic Short Hair
Willy was pulled from Woodward Animal Control.

De-clawed on the front and litter box trained.
Private investigator working undercover to keep an eye on you and your household. You may not even know you're under surveillance. Can vanish into thin air if anyone or anything interferes with his investigation. A bit of a secret admirer. When it comes to relationships, Willy is very level-headed. Doesn't leap in paws first, if you know what I mean. But give him a little time, and then he'll shower you with purrs, head-butts, and plenty of lap time. In the meantime, you may not see a lot of Willy but he'll be thinking a lot of you! If you need a cat who knows how to stay out of trouble and will always keep your secrets, Willy just might take your case.

Adoption fee covers (if not done already) vaccinations, spay/neuter, and flea/tick/de-worming treatments.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willy, a Woodward Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Woodward, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Woodward.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodward already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodward breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodward paves the way for another one to be saved.
