I'm in need of your help. I have a wonderful cat that was dropped off outside of my house, back in August. She was terrified and very hungry by the time she allowed us to approach her.
We brought her inside and have been caring for her since November. We've taken her to the vet and have confirmed via blood work that she is in good health and appears to be roughly two years old as of February 2016. Also, we've begun her on vaccinations and have treated her for fleas.
She is in great health today and has put on some much needed weight. She is so much different from the first day we brought her inside, she has a wonderful personality and loves to be around people. She immediately took to a litter box and is currently in the house with other cats without issue.
We've named her Ginger and I've attached some photos. We are needing help to find her a good home, where she can be indoors and with a wonderful family who will care for her. Is it possible you could help us? We will continue to foster her, but finding a permanent home for her is necessary.
She's very friendly, loves to play with her toys and likes to be loved on. She is in a home with another cat, I've not seen any aggression from her with the other cat or a human for that matter. As she getting more comfortable with her surroundings her personality continues to develop....she's a sweetie. She's now sleeping in the bed with us...right in the middle...loves to snuggle! I do hope we can find her a good home, where she can be indoors. Based on the shape she was in when we found her...I do not think she can survive outside. She very clearly came from an indoor atmosphere where she was feed very well (soft food - she loves that stuff!). Took to a litter box and a scratching post like she was familiar.
