My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oscar is such a cool dog. He is a happy guy who is a people pleaser but can be a bit nervous with new experiences. He is staying with one of our dog trainers to build his confidence in general and around other dogs.
He is only 4-5 years old so don't let his grey muzzle fool you. He is 50 lbs and a lean boy. Adoption fee 125.00 - UPDATE 3/5 FROM OSCAR'S TRAINER:
Oscar is a very sweet, gentle and affectionate dog. He is very well trained and well mannered. He knows commands, walks well on leash; doesn’t jump on people and is not mouthy. He only gets up on the furniture if he’s invited - and he loves to snuggle. He can be nervous with new situations and a lot of activity and also has some anxiety which is now managed well with medication. With his current training, socialization and confidence building, we’re hoping he can be off medication in some time. Oscar is house trained and is currently working on his crate training. He goes into his crate on his own without any issue and is very calm in it. Oscar is very playful with gentle and respectful dogs and is working on being more confident around them. He doesn’t seem to mind cats. Because of Oscar’s nervousness in new situations we would prefer an adult home only or with older and respectful children.
