Bonzer is a male purebred miniature Australian Shepherd with papers. He is a gorgeous red merle with light cornflower blue eyes. Bonzer weighs 27 pounds full grown and is 5 years old. He is an intelligent, very respectful dog who is completely housebroken with excellent indoor manners. Bonzer enjoys a quieter environment and is surprisingly mellow for his breed. He is absolutely beautiful with a kind and gentle disposition. Bonzer can by shy at first and is the kind of dog that will bond very closely to one or two trusted owners and be very loyal. He is good with other dogs and with kids, and he would probably enjoy a quieter home with not a lot of commotion. He likes to play with toys and would be comfortable as an only dog or with the companionship of maybe one other mellow dog. Bonzer is a gentleman in every sense of the word. He never forces himself on you and will politely follow commands. He has wonderful manners in public. Bonzer knows how to sit and comes when he's called. He lives for walks and will become very animated when the leash comes out. He will sometimes sit by the front door, indicating that he'd love to go for a walk and we have found he so adorable that its a delight to give him what he wants. Bonzer is very smart and can easily understand hand gestures and simple words. He was surrendered to us by his owners who could no longer keep him. Bonzer has been vet checked, is healthy, and is going to make an outstanding pet and companion. He is ready for his new forever home today!
Bonzer’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Bonzer is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Vince and is ready for his forever home.
