Sutton is a male Poodle/Havanese mix only 1 year old. He is a solid boy weighing 19 pounds full grown. Sutton has a very handsome soft gray coat with charcoal highlighting. He has been professionally groomed and currently has a very short haircut. His beautiful curls will grow out in no time, and he is non-shedding. Sutton is the life of the party, the dog that everyone wants to invite to the dog park to play. He absolutely lives to play. He is silly, funny, and will waste no time finding a fun dog buddy to romp around with. He is friendly, kind and always merry during playtime. Sutton is very bright and learns commands quickly. He adores people and will try hard to be attentive and listen to what you are trying to tell him. He is a young boy with an abundant zest for life and he will be a eager and thrilled participant in any activity you set forth to do with him. He is always up for anything! He is affectionate and loves attention. Sutton is good with children and of course excellent with other dogs. He would make a fun, interactive family dog and might enjoy having another playful dog in the home - although he would also thrive with some active children to keep him busy. Sutton will play with balls, toys, and is almost always guaranteed to make you laugh with his clownish personality. He will thrive in a home where he is included in daily family life and allowed to be part of the family. Sutton was rescued from the shelter where he was brought in stray. He is hardy and very healthy and ready for his new forever home today!

Sutton’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.

Sutton is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Sharon and is ready for his forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SUTTON, a Newport Beach Poodle (Miniature)/Havanese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature)/Havanese for sale in Newport Beach, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature)/Havanese dog from a breeder in Newport Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newport Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newport Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature)/Havanese breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature)/Havanese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newport Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
