Erin is a female Maltese mix approximately 2 years old. She is a stocky, solid girl weighing 21 pounds full grown. Erin has a non-shedding coat that is closely shaven at the moment. She came into the shelter matted and neglected and her beautiful long coat had to be shaved down. Her creme colored soft waves will grow out long in no time. She is a beautiful young dog. Erin is an outgoing, very playful dog. She loves the game of fetch and will play fetch from morning until night if you let her. She also adores toys and can entertain herself if you tire of fetch. Erin also loves to play with other dogs and can keep up with the best of them. She is delightful once she has bonded and will be a slave for your attention and affection, eager to please and eager to snuggle. Erin does fine with other dogs but does not necessarily need a dog companion in the house to feel comfortable. She may thrive as an only dog where she can be doted on and fussed over, or she could also do well in a home with another young, playful dog her size to have fun with. When out and about in public, Erin greets other dogs easily and is very comfortable around them. We like how smart and devoted she is and for that reason we think she is going to make an outstanding companion animal. Erin does fine around children and is quite amusing with her playful antics, as well as great entertainment if you have a child that likes to throw the ball for a dog! Erin was rescued from the shelter where she was brought in stray. She is very healthy and ready for her new forever home today!
Erin’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Erin is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Vicki and Cecil and is ready for her forever home.
