Little Winnie was owner surrendered to Emmy's Hope Rescue because she was growling and snapping at the family's toddler. The family got Winnie in July 2015 from a Craig's List ad. She was given to them by two college students who told them they had gotten Winnie from someone else. Sadly, little Winnie has not yet found her special forever family.
Winnie is a spunky little girl who is friendly with other small dogs, cats and people. She loves to cuddle up next to you and sit by your side while you're watching TV or working on the computer. Winnie was heart worm positive when she came to Emmy's Hope Rescue but she has successfully completed a 3 month heart worm treatment and is now ready for adoption. :))
Estimated birthdate: March 2010
Approximate weight: 11 lbs.
