Ginger's favorite movie star is Greta Garbo. Like Greta, this spunky red Miniature Pinscher is happiest when she has a little personal space. Ginger is a senior girl (she won't admit her age)  who enjoys being with other dogs and her people, even though she is very sparing with giving snuggles. She is keen on viewing her domain from the couch top, and enjoys walking on leash. She knows the ropes--she's crate-trained, sits and comes promptly when called. Ginger has left her stray days behind, and is grateful for her OPA foster, who has seen her through heartworm treatment and the removal of a benign lump. What Ginger wants is a family where she isn't forced to be a lap dog--she prefers to be the initiator, thank you very much. She would prefer a blanket-covered crate (privacy, you know) and acomfy bed to call her own. For her age, she is healthy and spry, and will be happy to sing for her supper. If you adore Min Pins, Ginger would like to interview you.
