Blackie is a wonderful and loving cat! Not only is he gorgeous, but he is also oh so sweet. Blackie is very shy when you first meet him. He doesn’t trust easily, but when he does, it’s with all his heart! He may be a little cautious at the beginning, but he will give a lifetime of love once you have gained his trust. While it might take some patience to earn his trust, the rewards are definitely worth it. Blackie has such a big purr that he can be heard across the room.  He happily rolls over for belly rubs, and once he gets on your lap, he is so happy to be there and will just purr the day away if he could.  He LOVES LOVES LOVES to get his back scratched!

Blackie is current with FVRCP vaccinations, has tested negative for FIV and FeLV, is neutered and microchipped.

Blackie deserves a home that he can call his own and a family who understands him, and will give him the patience to learn to love them. Please find a special place in your heart for this total sweetheart. He is ready to share a forever home with you!

Our Adoption Process...

Each cat is spayed or neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, tested for FIV & Felv, given flea and worm treatments. Interested adopters must fill out a questionnaire for approval, sign an legally binding adoption agreement, and arrange for a home check when the cat is to be delivered by a Stray Cat Alliance volunteer. Our adoption fee donation starts at $125.
