Hi there! My name is Blue and I am a 6 yr. old blue tick beagle boy that needs to find a new home. My sister, Izzy, & I were rescued from a NJ shelter. Our previous owner was a hunter and he didn’t have time to train us, so he brought us to a shelter. Penny Angels was contacted and they agreed to help us find a new place to live. We arrived in Rescue on 1-30-16 and were hoping to find a home together, but since we don’t appear to be bonded to each other anymore, we can try to find separate homes. We would still be happy, though, if we stayed together!
I am a nice & quiet boy that weighs about 25 lbs. I am happy to just ‘chill out’ and relax with you. I don’t really have much interest in playing with other dogs, but I still like to be around them. I have been with Penny Angels for over a month now and quickly learned a few important things such as… how to use the doggie door without getting my body stuck in it, how to stand out and make my voice heard among a sea of adorable beagle ‘siblings’, and how to master the art of ‘treat negotiation’ with just one hungry-beagle smile. Imagine all the things that I could learn from you?!
