Spot's Story...
Hi My name is Spot and a I am very cuddly THREE YEAR old white and black Border Collie/ Hound mix weighing 38 pounds full grown.

I am very sweet and love to show you my silly side. I love to rub my face on you, have my nose scratched and roll around for loving. I am very gentle and nice with everyone I meet, including children and other dogs.

I walk well on a leash, am housebroken and love to be held. I like going for walks, playing fetch or chewing on stuffed toys. I'm medium-energy and a really quick learner.

I'm neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Spot, a Long Beach Border Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Border Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Border Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
