Hi everyone!

My name is Daniel and I ended up in The Kitten Nursery foster home after someone found me outside and emailed my foster mom.  She already had lots with foster kittens, but after she found out that I was outside and had to live out there all by myself, she decided that the situation was urgent and that she just had to pick me up that very day.  I am so glad that I am where I am now and I am having so much fun indoors, but I am hoping to find my forever home soon.

When I was brought indoors I learned what toys were!  They are so much fun and I love nothing more than to play with toys now.  I also really enjoy playing with other kittens and I will need to be adopted with one of the foster kittens in my foster home (or any other foster home) or to a home that already has a younger kitty that I can play with.

I LOVE to play on the cat trees in my foster home.  I hope that my forever home has one of those, they are so much fun.  I love to climb on them to play and I also like them so that I can look out the window and watch the birds fly by.

I use my litter box perfectly.  I am a very good boy about that, I am learning to use the scratching posts now, but I haven't scratched on anything inappropriate.

So what do you think, do you think that I could come live with you?  I promise to be a good boy and to make you smile every day.  My foster mom loves me very much, but I do need to find a forever home of my own so that my spot can be opened up for another kitty in need, how awesome is that?  If you would like to learn more about me or would like to set up a time to come and meet me, please email my foster mom at tkn.alicia@gmail.com and she would be happy to speak with you.

I hope to meet you soon!

Love,

Daniel

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daniel - Adopted 03.04.16, a Williamston Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Williamston, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Williamston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Williamston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Williamston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Williamston paves the way for another one to be saved.
