Connery is simply a wonderful dog. He sits, shakes hands, lies down, and even stays on command, and he is good with other dogs. This boy is going to be one of those extra special pets for some lucky home.

Connery has a mentor that spends time with him each week. This is what she had to say about him, "Connery is a beautiful black dog. He is crate trained but also loves to go walking. He is laid back, easy to walk, enjoys being petted and loved on. He is so sweet and gentle. He does not like other dogs and would do best as the only dog, unless his best friend, India, is adopted with him. They enjoy walking together and we have some good walks. Connery likes to check things out when he walks, but he is easy to manage and easy to love. He enjoys being loved on and petted. He would make a great family pet. I wish someone would adopt him and India together."
