PUPS and the CITY's Story...
✰✰ PUPS AND THE CITY 4 females & 3 males 8 weeks as of March 14 & Application Ready NOW – For more photos please click ✰✰

Introducing the PUPS AND THE CITY! Momma Auburn came to us very pregnant in January and 6 days later she presented us with seven beautiful puppies! The four females are named LONDON, BOSTON, PARIS & BROOKLYN! The three male pups are NASHVILLE, JERSEY, & HOUSTON. All have been socialized at their foster home with other dogs, PuckleCat and people. While they all can be little rascals, they all also have good temperaments. They play well together and enjoy interacting with the adult dogs (and ducking out of the way when they run by!). The pups are paper trained within their pen and very adept at potting outside when first let outdoors.

Each outside adventure starts with a “puppy march” in which all the little darlings hop out of the pen, follow us out the door and race up the path to their play yard. They are all curious, playful and brave. They play hard and when tired will form a big puppy pile under a lawn chair to rest up of their next adventure. Be sure to check out their video.

LONDON (female): Confident and smart. She is the biggest girl and has the unique look of one bright blue eye and one brown eye. LONDON explores and loves her toys, especially sticks! Give her a tummy tickle and she will love you forever! Mmmmm puppy breath.

BOSTON (female): She and sister Brooklyn have a reddish tint to their coat that is lovely to see in the sunlight. BOSTON is exceptional and progressive. She was the first one to climb out of the whelping pool and first to climb out of their pen (she used the rest of her littermates as a ladder!) Smart and sassy, BOSTON is calm and exudes confidence, even when she got caught up in the ivy! Kisses and snuggles are tops on her list.

PARIS (female): More petite than her sisters, PARIS is still a confident pup and goes off exploring and playing on her own. PARIS is affectionate and a kisser, a good sharer and stays out of squabbles. She has focus and drive is the last to go in at night as she prefers to stay outside and play with one more leaf before calling it a night. Our sweetheart, PARIS!

BROOKLYN (female): Dad's favorite, BROOKLYN is sweet, loving and a cuddler. She adores being petted and loves a good belly rub. BROOKLYN is curious and bright, playful and attentive. She is always up front for petting or dinner and keeps a close eye on her human.

JERSEY (male): Biggest of the males, JERSEY is afraid of nothing! He is the leader when it comes to trying new things, easygoing and very loving. JERSEY never misses a petting session or a meal. He is joyful and fun, can pick up a ball and carry it around and is a contender at tug!

NASHVILLE (male): NASH is the smallest of the pups. He is the most responsive to people always coming to whom ever is talking he is interested, focused, independent and loving. Last to leave the human group when it is nap time, NASH loves interacting with people and loves his toys. Busy, energetic and always up for fun, that’s our NASH!

HOUSTON (male): Our boy HOUSTON has a lovely and soft black coat with white on his chest and a white tip on his tail. His tail does not stop waggling as HOUSTON absolutely loves everyone! He is a quick learner and always playful and fun. He is busy with his toys, plays nonstop with his sisters and brothers and is curious and explores everywhere. Loving and sweet, he is up for anything. Give our HOUSTON a tummy tickle and he zones into his happy place!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PUPS and the CITY, a Corning Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Corning, or seeking a Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Corning.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Corning already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Corning breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Corning paves the way for another one to be saved.
