My name is Pepper, and I'm a six-year old, thirteen pound sweetheart who is searching for her loving furrever home. I have alot of hope in my heart and I know it's out there! I just made a big move and had to say goodbye to my feline best friend. That was tough. I'm a bit of a shy gal at first; it takes me a few to warm up to new people. But once we are friends it's time to hang out and show you the love! My foster mom says I am a beautiful, affectionate girl who loves to chat with her peeps. I also like to lounge beside her and, like most cats, have my head and neck petted. A good scratch behind the ears is just heaven. Throw in some brushing & combing and I'm on cloud nine.
I'm not too big on wet food, but I do like to eat grass. I'm also down to play with anything long and narrow: string, yarn, ribbons. You name it! I'm in good health, declawed, and litter boxed trained. I've been tested with cats and I do great. No behavior or anxieties but I do a little jump if I hear loud noises. I will make a great companion so please come and visit me. I can't wait to meet you.
Pepper’s update: It’s been six months since I said good-bye to my feline best friend and made the transition into foster care. Since then, I’ve learned a lot about myself. I’m a little on the shy side at first, but once I get to know you and feel secure, I warm up quickly. I love to lay next to the person I trust, and I’m playful as can be, especially with a string! At six years old and twelve pounds, I’m in good health, and my litter box habits are perfect. I’m a sweet girl who’s looking for her fur-ever home. I would love to be your one and only, and if you want a quiet, loyal cuddle-bug, we might be a match made in heaven! Are you the salt to my pepper? Come visit me to see!
