Breed: chihuahua/dachshund mix, maybe some jack Russell in the mix
Age: est 4 years
Color: mostly white with a little tan
Sex: Spayed female
Weight: about 10lbs
Vaccinations: current on vaccines and preventatives
Good with dogs?: yes
Good with cats?: no
Good with adults?: shy and timid at first
Good with kids?: good with older kids who are knowledgeable about dogs. Due to her timidness at first, she needs older kids only in her new home. She has done well with a 4 year old visitor in her foster home.
Crate trained?: yes
House trained?: she does well with our routine, but we always recommend guidance until a new pet transitions
Leash trained?: she needs work with this. She does best on a harness.
Personality: once she is comfortable, she is very sweet and confident in her foster home. She is the only small dog in her foster home and she doesn't know it:). She does great with small dogs as well. Upon first meeting, she is skittish. She is very food motivated so that is the way to her heart. She is very affectionate and playful. She has never lived in a home without other dogs, so ideally her new home should have at least one other dog. Due to her not yet being leash trained, a fenced yard is required. She is very silly and loves to play. Bliss will make someone a wonderful companion. Give her a little patience and TLC (...and treats!), and in return she will give you heart!
