Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Miley's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Miley's Story...
Miley was surrendered into rescue through no fault of her own. She is post IVDD surgery and needs help to express her bladder several times a day. She has no difficulty ambulating. What a lovely sweet disposition. We have nicknamed Miley - Smiley!
She is also tremendously affectionate and a great kisser. A silly girl; she will jump all over to get your attention. She's fabulous with other dogs and is potty trained, although she does still need help with bladder expression.

That sweet smiley will bring sunshine into your house no matter what the weather!

Miley will not be adopted into a home with small children.

Her adoption fee is $300.

If you are interested in adopting this dog, please complete an adoption application at You will be contacted within 24-48 hours to answer any additional questions you may have regarding the dog and the adoption process. Thank you for your interest!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Miley, a Henderson Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Henderson, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in Henderson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Henderson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Henderson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Henderson paves the way for another one to be saved.
