Look everyone! Brightfur has graduated from the PIP academy.
This precious boy came to us from the euthanasia list of a high kill shelter here in Texas. He was so scared and shy but we saw something in him. He has been here for many months and even transferred to another foster to get him more one on one TLC.
LOOK AT HIM NOW!
Brightfur loves to cuddle and get belly rubs at bedtime. He has lots of energy and loves to play, and almost becomes an acrobat trying to catch the feathers. He will still need adjustment time when he goes to his forever home, but once he decides he want some loving from you he is an extremely sweet cat. He may also need to go to a home with another cat because he loves cuddling with his foster sibling and they always play together.

Brightfur's adoption fee is $150.
Sorry, we do not ship our cats or provide any transportation. All potential adopters should reside in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, or Louisiana. We will not adopt outside of those states.
Who We Are: We are a private rescue and privately funded. WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, BUT A RESCUE. A rescue is a PRIVATE HOME and not a public place to visit. Adopters must make appointments prior to visiting foster homes. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, wormed, de-fleaed, and vaccinated prior to adoption.
Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you call or email us, we will provide you with an application via email.
COMPANION CAT POLICY: Unless otherwise indicated, all cats under the age of 3 must go into a home with another cat/kitten under the age of three or be adopted with a buddy. Ragdolls and Maine Coons are physically slow to mature, benefit greatly from the social interactions with another cat and often long for the companionship. Obviously, some young adults not raised around other cats or with more independent personalities may be exceptions to those rules, but that is up to the discretion of the Rescue to assess that need and is not negotiable. Special prices are made for buddy adoptions.
