I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

GABE's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

GABE's Story...
We went to the shelter to check on another dog and couldn’t resist the pleading, soulful eyes of this pure bred Doxie! Gabe is a charmer for sure! He loves people, gets along great with kids and although a bit shy at first, he really just wants to spend his time cuddling in your arms. He has good manners and is house broken. He is definitely on the more mellow, low energy side and would be perfectly happy in a less active home. Gabe is blind and will need someone who is willing to help him navigate unknown areas and stairs when necessary.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

GABE, a Los Angeles Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
