My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Slinky was rescued from a local high-kill shelter where he had been brought in as a stray. Lucky for him he became a favorite of the shelter walker. She said this in a request to Furry Friends asking if they had room to save him: "Black Fluffy cat is like a slinky. He's the cutest, most laid back cat ever. He's fantastic. I wish I could take him. I have named him Slinky because he is so chill. :)" All of her assessments are true. Slinky is wonderful. He gets along with kids, cats and dogs and has super cool coloring in his fluff. He has auburn undertones mixed in with the black - quite unusual and stunning, especially in the sunlight. If a fluffy awesome Maine Coon mix fits the bill for your next forever family member, look no further! Slinky is your guys! Fill out an application and adopt him today!
