Rusty's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Rusty's Story...
This guy is 7 years old and sweet as Chocolate! Rusty is a good boy who loves to go for walks and play with his toys. He thinks he's a lap dog but follows commands and enjoys car rides. Lucky does NOT do well with cats so there is no possibility of him sharing a home with one. He is great with other dogs and kids. He rarely barks. He's just a big fat mush ball that's waiting for his forever home.
Fully vetted which means: altered, rabies, distemper, bordetella, heart worm test, fecal test, dewormed and microchip.
Adoption fee is $385.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rusty, a Middlebury Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Middlebury, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Middlebury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Middlebury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Middlebury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Middlebury paves the way for another one to be saved.
