Hey, I’m Rita. I noticed you checking me out. Don’t you love my eye patch? I think it gives me a distinctive look. Justs so you know, I love to go for walks, frolic in the grass with other dogs, and snooze in the sun. I have a gentle yet playful disposition, and would love a doggy sidekick to spend my days with, sometimes wrestling but mostly lounging on the sofa. Food! Did I tell you about food? I’m very motivated by treats, which helped me learn to sit, walk nicely on the leash, and wait till told I can go out the door. I can’t wait to find my new people and learn more tricks with them. That said, I do take time to warm up to new people. Although I might not spring up the first day shouting, “Here I am, come love me,” once I get to know you, I’m the most devoted pal you’ll ever have.
