Mary Jane's Story...
We need a foster (or adopt) home!! Buddy and Mary Jane are brother and sister, a bonded pair of German Shepherd mixes. Mary Jane is 95 lbs and a very happy girl but can come on strong for her size as she is rambunctious and playful. Buddy is is the gentle giant at a whopping 140lbs. But he is just that, very relaxed and laid back, will play occasionally but prefers to hang out. They do well with other dogs if they can handle their size and playfulness. A securely fenced yard would be best as they are strong dogs!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mary Jane, a Sharon Center German Shepherd Dog/Mastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Mastiff for sale in Sharon Center, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Mastiff dog from a breeder in Sharon Center.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sharon Center already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sharon Center breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Mastiff breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Mastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sharon Center paves the way for another one to be saved.
