Misha's Story...
Misha is the name that I gave her when she came to the rescue. Misha is a gorgeous gal, with beautiful markings. At first glance we thought she might be a lab/coonhound mix, but after looking at her and her brother Repo, we are thinking we can see the Rottweiler breed in the background.
Misha came here as a surrender, with another dog, who looks so much like her, we think they could be siblings. We were told they were 10 months of age, so we are placing them at around 11 or 12 months. We have done all the initial vaccinations we can do at the rescue, and are hoping she finds a home soon.
Misha seems to love people, and has lots of energy. She is a great gal, and would probably make a good jogging or walking partner. Call if interested in Misha at 402-846-5100.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Misha, a Walthill Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler for sale in Walthill, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Walthill.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walthill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walthill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walthill paves the way for another one to be saved.
