~~If you love the stark beauty of black cats, check out Gabe.  Gabe’s gorgeous eyes stand out against his silky black fur making him a natural model.  Nine month old, Gabe  is truly a sweet-tempered, gentle and playful young teenager. As you can see he likes play in the window and gets very excited when he sees squirrels and birds. Gabe is fun, loves toys and attention and enjoys playing with his kitty friends. Gabe would love to go to a home with another cat. Gabe came to OPA as a nursing baby. A visibly shaken young man, who was being threatened with eviction for having two nursing moms and babies, was turning them into the shelter.  Gabe is the last of the two litters left. As the saying goes we “saved the best for last.”
