Mia is used to being around small children and willingly receives affection as well as gives it in return. She gets lots of hugs and kisses and loves belly rubs. She has a beautiful face, a cute little pink nose, and a silky soft coat doesn't shed much. She enjoys having doggie play dates - the more exercise she gets the happier she is. She also likes to go on walks, runs, and even bike rides. She doesn't mind loud noises, thunderstorms, or car rides. She is always up for an adventure.
She is house and crate trained, and finished her first round of obedience classes where she learned to respond to basic commands. She has learned sit, stay, leave it, drop it, she has been trained not to jump on furniture, and is still learning to chew on only her toys and to heel on walks. She is highly intelligent and can pretty much learn anything with the right edible incentives.
Mia will do well with a family that can continue to enforce and expand on her training and have time to play and exercise. She would likely do well with other dogs where her high social and play needs can be satisfied. Come meet Mia and she will be fast friends with you too!
