Allman's Story...
Our Allman Brothers litter are out to make music of their own. These four brothers know how to play and woo the hearts of women (and even our male volunteers). They need good homes with families that will teach them manners and how to be good in public. They play hard, they sleep hard, and they even give hugs.
Adoption fees are $40 per feline and $150 per canine unless otherwise specified. Adoption fees are not a tax-deductible donation as allowed by IRS regulations. Adoption fees help to offset the cost of the pet's care incurred by Coastal Pet Rescue, which are generally 2 to 3 times the adoption fee amount.
All Coastal Pet Rescue pets are current on shots, microchipped and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adopters are responsible for any shots that may be due after adoption (particularly for kittens and puppies that must have three rounds of shots to be protected).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Allman, a Savannah Jack Russell Terrier/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Boxer for sale in Savannah, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Boxer puppy from a breeder in Savannah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Savannah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Savannah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Savannah paves the way for another one to be saved.
