Nova's Info...

Nova's Story...
Hi guys! I am Nova and I am very lovable. My white fur is very soft and I love having the attention on me. I enjoy going on walks with my humans but a secure fenced yard would be best to keep me safe and let me play around in. I would greatly benefit from obedience class so I can learn to be well behaved. The girls at the shelter think I may have a hearing problem and I will have that checked out soon at the vet. I get along with other dogs so I wouldn't mind having a new brother or sister. Adopt me so I can have a family to spread my love with.

Nova's adoption fee is $200; she is microchipped, spayed, up to date on vaccines, and tested negative for heartworms. Some of our pets are in foster care. If you are interested in a specific pet, please contact the shelter at 618-282-7387 to arrange a meeting.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nova, a Columbia Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Columbia, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Columbia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbia paves the way for another one to be saved.
