Natalie came into rescue with her best friend, Cole. Natalie is Cole’s “security blanket,” so we need to keep these two together. You can see in the photos that one is always “photo bombing” the other! In these pictures, Natalie is the one on the right.
This pair is the dream team! At two years old, Natalie is spirited and playful. You’ll want to keep some chew toys and treats handy to keep her mouth busy as she completes her puppy stage. She and Cole love kids of all ages and really thrive with small children. The two are loving, affectionate, house trained, leash trained, and tolerant of cats. When you take them for a car ride to the park or other excursion, they sit happily and quietly; expect to have at least one pink-nosed muzzle resting sweetly on your shoulder.
They would do best in a home where they can enjoy each others company without any other dogs. In foster care, they seemed happiest when playing with each other and their human toddler.
These two are on the small side, but not what we call “pocket Pyrs.” They could use some extra groceries right now, as it appears they missed quite a few meals before being rescued.
All our dogs require secure VISIBLE fencing.

3. Donate! In upwards of $8/day, Boarding isn't cheap. A donation of just $25 can give all boarded dogs 3 whole days to find the home they have been waiting their whole life for. Vet bills. These can sometimes run into the thousands per dog. Every penny counts when it comes to vet bills!
As always, all donations are gratefully accepted.
Every dog adopted thru the GPRS program is up to date on all vaccinations, spayed/neutered and on heartworm preventative.
