Wolfie's Story...
That's a big name for a 7.5 lb dog! Wolfie is part of the crew that was caged in a small kennel, and had no space to relieve themselves. Some of the photos are before he was cleaned up and cared for by our rescue volunteers and supporters.
He is utd on shots, will be neutered soon, he is a Yorkie/terrier mix, and 12 months old.
He gets along with children, other dogs and foster Mom's cat.
He is a playful little sweet heart, he also loves to cuddle with you. He is working on his potty training and doing really well. Foster Mom is helping with his manners. He is looking forward to finding his own family. His adoption fee is $180. 00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wolfie, a Sumter Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Sumter, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Sumter.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sumter already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sumter breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sumter paves the way for another one to be saved.
