Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Little Lemmy has the most darling face and ears to match. This tiny white and tan, 5-month-old yorkie mix, was found as a stray with two other pups and brought to a local shelter. Under socialized and shy with people, Lemmy will need lots of patience and love to succeed. She is still just a puppy and we feel confident that this can be achieved by the right family willing to make the effort. Lemmy deserves the chance to be a happy and carefree puppy at last. If you are interested in helping her in this journey, contact The Pet Rescue Center to meet Lemmy and truly make a difference in one dog’s life.
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to save the lives of dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia. The Pet Rescue Center is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
