Jordan's Story...
I'm Jordon, a 2 year old robust lady. I like food (over 9 lbs), so please keep the bowl filled and the wet food coming. I love fuzzy balls and think they are mice that I have captured, don't burst my bubble. I was shy at first but now I head butt foster mom for lovings, you just need to give me a little time. I currently live with other cats and dogs in my foster home. I'm just waiting for you to adopt me.
If interested in adopting, please visit www.masrescue.org and click on "Adopt Here". The adoption fee is $50. Please note: 100% of all the adoption fees collected are used to care for the animals, and pay our ever increasing vet bill. We appreciate your interest in adopting from a rescue organization. cWe understand the desire to meet our "cuties" as soon as possible, but because we operate entirely out of foster homes, we need to limit visitation to approved applicants only. Breed Selection is 'Best Efforts' by shelter staff, veterinarians and rescue volunteers. No guarantees are implied.
Cats are NOT to be de-clawed, and must remain indoor pets only.
Remember adoption is a commitment for the lifetime of your companion; cats could live 20 years or more!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jordan, a Baltimore Bombay cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bombay for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a Bombay cat from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bombay breeders who help with Bombay rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
