gizzey's Story...
Gizzey is a beautiful mini Australian shepherd dog. He is a 1 1/2 I think he was kept for a breeder dog but never was used. He is shy at first more toward men that woman. Once he is bonded to you he will run and play he loves attention. He is mellow but I think he would do better around older kids because he is scared at first and little kids tend to be louder and move more quickly. When I first got him and his sister a few weeks ago they were very timid but they both are starting to come out of there shell. They love to be petted. I think they will need groomed before leaving they are kind of knotted from there prior home. If you would like to meet him you can call or text 816-809-0217 or email wigglebuttsrescue@yahoo.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

gizzey, a Parker Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Parker, or seeking a Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Parker.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Parker already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Parker breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Parker paves the way for another one to be saved.
